We are located on route 422.  If you are traveling from the Walmart Exit towards New Castle or the fair grounds we will be on the left.  The clinic is tucked back in but there is a large paved driveway out front.  If you are traveling in that direction and come to a traffic light you went a little too far.  Turn around and head back to the Walmart exit on 422.  We are about 0.3 miles from the traffic light back towards Butler.  Go past the Meridian Off-Road Center.  We will be on the right.  There is a larger sign that says "Community Care Connections", you can actually use that road which is Skyline Dr., once you turn onto that road our parking lot is immediately on the left.  If you go past that road, we still have another entrance to our parking lot just past Skyline Dr.

Coming from the New Castle direction towards the Walmart Exit on 422 (towards Butler), we will be on the right side.  Go through the traffic light at Mount Chestnut and then go about 0.3 miles.  You will pass Meridian Off-Road Center and the Community Care Connections sign.  We are on the right just past that "Community Care Center" sign and Skyline Dr. tucked back in off the road but the parking lot is right off of 422.

They will happy to assist you with questions about the care of your pet.  The can guide you whether you need to seek care immediately or contact your primary veterinarian on the next business day.

After Hours Care

If you call our regular office number while the clinic is closed, you will have the option to be transferred directly to VEG ER. Their team is available to help you talk through your pet’s symptoms, answer urgent questions, and provide guidance on whether your pet should be seen right away. This can be especially helpful when you are unsure if something can wait or if it needs immediate attention.

If your concern is not urgent, you are welcome to leave a message for our team instead. We check messages on the next business day and will return your call as soon as we are able, usually before 10:00 AM, depending on the number of messages we receive.

ATTENTION

If your pet is having trouble breathing, collapsing, bleeding heavily, having seizures, or you feel the situation cannot wait, please contact an emergency veterinary hospital right away.
