We implant the chip in your pet just beneath the skin.  The chip is assigned a unique number that we register to you.

If your pet goes missing and is taken to a shelter or vet's office, most are able to scan your pet for a chip.  If it is found, a call is placed to Home Again and the shelter or vet's office is connected to the owners to alert them that their pet has been located.

An added benefit is that you are able to apply for a lifetime license for your chipped pet.  This is one less thing you will have to remember to do every year
