New clients making an appointment will need to pre-pay for that appointment at the time it is made. This payment is non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
UPDATE 10-1-2023
New Clients may be scheduled out as long as 3 weeks. We have had some sick doctors and some vacatons that have put us behind. We may be able to to make exceptions for sick animals depending on how many we have to fit in.
